I'm not 100% on track yet, but today was much better. I'm still down 6 kilos, so no damage over the holiday. Hopefully, when I re-stock the house, things will improve.
Breakfast: coffee
lunch: coffee
snack: 1 square chocolate, 1 handful potato soup nuts, 2 cherry tomatoes
dinner: 2 pitas with 1% fat pastrama

Hey there, I"m reading, but still a bit in shock...if I ate what you did I'd be starving, and so so grumpy I couldn't even be in a room with my kids!
I don't know the times you are awake, but it would seem that it would be better to move your bigger meal to Lunch...(although I can't see soupnuts and cherry tomatoes as a meal at all.
Please don't be offended by my comments...I wish you all the luck in this endeavor.
