Sunday - Really Trying the New Plan

So I'm still feeling upset about the new plan, but I'm really going to try. The scale showed me down a full 5 kilo, so yay! All I have to do is make that happen another 7 times and I'll be home free ;) I walked for over an hour today. 

Breakfast: missed it - woke up too late
Lunch: cottage cheese and fruit salad 
Snack #1: granola bar
Snack #2: strawberry yogurt
Dinner: fish & frozen veggies  in the toaster oven, 3/4 cup rice, soy sauce
