I didn't manage to get out for a walk today, which is really bad. When I was thinking about my eating today, it seemed awful, but now that I've written it down, it doesn't seem so terrible. Though I did eat around 250 grams of ground beef.
Breakfast: coffee, cottage cheese & banana
snack: granola bar
Lunch: miso soup, 2 sushi rolls, 2 nigeri
snack: yogurt
dinner: ground beef mixed with mixed vegetables and a little tomato sauce, 3 taco shells
