So, again, I feel like no one's reading. More than that, I feel like I'm not really on the plan. Today was a bit better than the past few days, but I'm still eating entirely too much carbs. I hope when Pesach's over, things will even out a bit.
breakfast: coffee
lunch: roast, apple kugel (3 pieces), potato kugel (2), 1 piece of matza, avocado, salad w/ salad dressing
dinner: strawberries, 1 vanilla pudding cup.

Still reading! Pesach is hard, but it seems you are still doing well. You look terrific and you can do this!
I'm still reading too. I can understand your feelings about falling off of the wagon, but for what it's worth, I think your doing pretty well considering that it's Pesach. Hang in there!
Still reading. Pesach is so, so hard on any diet. My rule is I try to at least pig out on things that are healthy instead of junk. I've eaten more apples in the last 10 days than I normally do in about 3 months....
