So, again, I feel like no one's reading. More than that, I feel like I'm not really on the plan. Today was a bit better than the past few days, but I'm still eating entirely too much carbs. I hope when Pesach's over, things will even out a bit.
lunch: roast, apple kugel (3 pieces), potato kugel (2), 1 piece of matza, avocado, salad w/ salad dressing
dinner: strawberries, 1 vanilla pudding cup.
