It's (Almost) Time to Say Good Shabbos

Today's exercise consisted of a walk in the sun to donate blood, followed by the discovery that the bloodmobile was on the other side of a parade route and a somewhat dejected walk home.

breakfast: coffee, yogurt drink
lunch: coffee, 2 yogurts with granola
snack: 1 cup broccoli soup, 1 bowl chulent/soup, 1 kubeh, 4 little puffy things (like bissli, but puffy), 3 little runts candy...
and shabbat is still to come with chulentish soup, chicken, and salad.
