Week's Almost Over... Wednesday

no exercise today :(
tai chi is canceled tomorrow because tomorrow is a fast day.

breakfast: coffee, cheese (3%)+gil+pineapple chunks+strawberry
lunch: 2 bowls creamy (non-dairy) broccoli soup.
dinner: 1.5 cups pasta w/ tomato sauce, 1 can tuna w/ low fat mayo, some cucumber slices, yogurt with fruit and granola
snack: 5 small candies
